Following an update from the UK Government, we are pleased to confirm that we will be safely easing some restrictions within our store from Monday, July 19th.
Since the pandemic began, our number one priority has been to ensure our staff and our customers stay safe. With this in mind, we will be gradually returning to normal. Here is a list of the changes we will be making from July 19th:
Face coverings
Our staff and customers will no longer be required to wear a face covering
Meeting in groups
There will no longer be a limit on how many people can meet together in our seating areas. We will ask that customers continue to be aware of those around them.
Track & Trace
We will no longer require customers to use our Track and Trace service as per Government rules. However, QR code posters will remain up in our store for the time being if people still wish to use them.
How we’re continuing to keep staff and customers safe
- We’re cleaning and sanitising tables and chairs after each customer use
- Staff are required to wash their hands every 30 minutes as a minimum
- A hand sanitiser station has been placed at multiple points for customers to use
- Our Perspex screens will remain in place on our front counter
